The Jeff Cooper Legacy Foundation in Tempe, Arizona is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the legacy and teaching the principles of the martial art of Pistolcraft developed by Jeff Cooper. The Foundation was founded in 2019 by a group of students and instructors of Jeff Cooper's shooting system, which is a modern version of the ancient art of pistolcraft.
The Foundation is committed to sharing Jeff Cooper's teachings, offering a variety of seminars and classes to help shooters of all skill levels improve their techniques and accuracy. The Foundation also provides educational materials and resources to help shooters learn to shoot safely, efficiently and with accuracy, as well as to promote responsible gun ownership.
The Jeff Cooper Legacy Foundation also partners with other organizations, such as the National Rifle Association and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, to foster education and collaboration, and to help create a culture of responsible gun ownership.
In addition to its educational and training programs, the Jeff Cooper Legacy Foundation also hosts an annual event, the Jeff Cooper Memorial Classic, which is an invitation-only competitive shooting event. The event, which is held in memory of Jeff Cooper, features a variety of competitive shooting challenges and is open to shooters of all skill levels.
