The McHenry Museum in Modesto, CA is a historical museum dedicated to the preservation and celebration of the unique culture and history of the Central Valley. Opened in 1971, the museum is located in the heart of Modesto and is housed in the former McHenry Mansion, a stately Victorian-style home built in 1883 by one of Modesto’s pioneering families.
