The Museum of Northern California Art (MONCA) is a contemporary art museum located in Chico, California. Founded in 2011, the museum's mission is to promote and exhibit the work of Northern California artists. The museum is housed in a historic building, formerly a Veterans Memorial Hall, in downtown Chico.

MONCA features rotating exhibitions of regional artists, including paintings, sculptures, photography, and mixed media works. The museum also offers educational programs and workshops for all ages, as well as artist talks and community events.

The permanent collection of MONCA includes works by notable Northern California artists such as Wayne Thiebaud, David Park, and Mary Black. The museum's collection also includes works by emerging artists and students from local universities.
