The Historic Seneca Neighborhood Association (HSNA) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2004 in order to preserve and promote the historic character of Seneca, South Carolina. The association is made up of approximately 300 members and is dedicated to preserving the historic homes and buildings in the area and to promoting a sense of community and pride in the neighborhood.

The goals of the HSNA are twofold: to promote the educational, economic, and cultural opportunities available in the area and to foster a sense of community pride. The association works to preserve the historic properties in the area and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. The organization also works to create educational and economic opportunities in the neighborhood, such as providing scholarships and creating employment opportunities.

The organization is currently working on a number of projects, including the restoration of the historic Seneca Middle School, the creation of a walking trail through the neighborhood, and the establishment of a community garden. Additionally, the HSNA works to promote local businesses and to support the efforts of local organizations, such as schools and churches. The association also hosts a number of events throughout the year, such as the annual Seneca Home and Garden Tour and the Seneca Street Festival.
