The Paul Laurence Dunbar House in Dayton, Ohio, is the former home of the renowned black poet and civil rights activist, Paul Laurence Dunbar. It is a two-story brick house located in the historic "Dayton View" district, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The house was built in 1892, and Dunbar lived there with his parents and siblings from 1893 to 1902. It is a Queen Anne-style house with intricate woodwork, stained glass windows, a wrap-around porch, and a grand central staircase.

The house was well known as a gathering place for African American writers, intellectuals, and activists, as well as a location for Dunbar to host literary salons. During this time, Dunbar wrote some of his most famous works, such as his first collection of poems, Oak and Ivy.

Today, the Paul Laurence Dunbar House is owned and operated by the Ohio Historical Society as a museum. It is open to the public, and visitors can tour the house and explore its many exhibits about Dunbar's life and work. The house also hosts various events and programming throughout the year.
