1st Avenue, Middletown, OH Built in 1887, this Queen Anne-style house features a red brick exterior, a gabled roof, one-over-one double-hung windows, a two-story bay window on the front facade, a rough-hewn stone base, a front porch with turned columns, and a picture window on the front facade with a stained glass transom.  The house is a contributing structure in the South Main Street Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Dayton Area Broadcasters Hall of Fame is a museum located in Dayton, Ohio that honors the achievements of broadcasters who have made significant contributions to the industry. The museum is housed in the Wright Brothers Memorial Building, which was constructed in 1947 and served as the home of the National Aviation Hall of Fame until 2003.
