The Orleans County Historical Association (OCHA) is a nonprofit organization based in Albion, New York. Founded in 1967, it is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Orleans County's rich heritage. OCHA has several properties in its care, including the Morgan-Harris House, the Murray-Latta House, and the Albion Railroad Museum. The association also manages the Albion Historical Society and the Albion Veterans Memorial, both located in the village of Albion.

The Morgan-Harris House is a 19th-century Greek Revival-style house which was built in 1845. It is now a museum of local history, featuring period furnishings and artifacts. The Murray-Latta House is a 19th-century Queen Anne-style house which was built in 1883. It is now a museum of local history and a living history site, featuring artifacts, period furnishings, and programs and events. The Albion Railroad Museum is an outdoor museum featuring locomotives, railcars, and other railroad artifacts from the mid-19th to mid-20th centuries.

OCHA also hosts a number of events throughout the year, such as the Annual Heritage Festival, the Annual Historic Homes Tour, and the Annual Train Show. OCHA also offers educational programs for both adults and children, including lectures, workshops, and field trips. Finally, OCHA provides research assistance to those interested in researching their family's history in Orleans County.
