The building features a yellow roman brick exterior with terra cotta trim, a rusticated terra cotta-clad first floor facade, terra cotta belt coursing at the second floor, arched window bays a the first floor, one-over-one double-hung windows, decorative trim surrounds at the windows on the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth floors, a cornice with modillions and dentils, quoins, arched entrance portals, a rear light court, and a rough-hewn stone base.
