The Huron Valley Railroad Historical Society (HVRHS) is a non-profit organization based in Dexter, Michigan that is dedicated to preserving the rich history of railroading in the Huron Valley region of southeastern Michigan. Founded in 1981, the HVRHS has amassed an extensive collection of photographs, artifacts, and documents related to the railroads that once crisscrossed the region.

The society maintains a museum in Dexter that is open to the public, featuring exhibits on the history of railroading in the area, including the Ann Arbor Railroad, the Detroit, Toledo, and Ironton Railroad, and the Michigan Central Railroad. Visitors can see historic photographs, railroad equipment, and other memorabilia from the golden age of railroading.

In addition to its museum, the HVRHS hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including model train shows, train rides, and historical presentations.
