The Woodford County Historical Society in Versailles, Kentucky, is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the county. Founded in 1969, the Society is committed to educating the public about the county’s past through its museum, library, and archives. The building features a buff brick exterior, limestone trim, a rusticated stone base, ionic columns at the entrance portico, arched windows at the fourteenth floor, one-over-one double-hung windows, cornices with dentils and modillions, and large bays at the first and second floors. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980, and is a contributing structure in the Lexington Downtown Commercial Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The building was rehabilitated in 2015-2016 as the 21c Museum Hotel.

The building is a contributing structure in the Lexington Downtown Commercial Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
