The Burlington Model Railroad Engineers Society (BMRES) is a group of model railroad enthusiasts based in Gladstone, Illinois. The group was founded in 1967 and is open to anyone interested in model railroading. The group meets monthly to discuss current projects and to show off their model railroads. The group also hosts an annual model railroad show and swap meet in late October or early November.
