The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) is a non-profit organization located in Washington, D.C. dedicated to honoring the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers in the United States. The Memorial Fund was established in 1984 and the memorial was dedicated in 1991. The memorial is located on the 400 block of E Street, NW, near the Judiciary Square Metro Station. It consists of two curved blue-gray marble walls, containing the names of more than 21,000 law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty throughout U.S. history. The names are inscribed on the walls in chronological order according to the date of death.

The memorial also includes the National Law Enforcement Museum, which opened in October 2018. The museum is dedicated to telling the story of American law enforcement through interactive exhibits, artifacts, and educational programs. It also serves as a tribute to those who have served and sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.

The Memorial Fund also provides educational grants and scholarships to the families of fallen officers, as well as grants to departments and agencies for equipment and training. It also provides advocacy and support for law enforcement officers and their families. The Memorial Fund also sponsors the annual Candlelight Vigil in Washington, D.C., which is held each May to honor the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty.
