CHAMBERLIN MILL INC

Chamberlin Mill Inc. is a historic grist mill located at the junction of the Quinebaug and Shetucket rivers in Woodstock, Connecticut. Built in 1806, the mill is one of the oldest surviving industrial buildings in the state. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The mill is a three-story brick building with a gambrel roof and four end chimneys. The floor plan consists of a main mill, a millers house, and a granary. The original machinery, including a horizontal waterwheel, is still intact. The millstones, hoists, and belt-driven machinery have been preserved and are still in use.

The mill is owned and operated by the Chamberlin family, who have been millers for over 200 years. They produce a variety of products, including cornmeal, flour, and animal feed. They also offer custom milling services for commercial and home customers.
