The Norwalk Seaport Association is a non-profit organization based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Founded in 1967, the Association's mission is to preserve and promote the maritime heritage of Norwalk and the Long Island Sound. The Association is best known for its flagship vessel, the Sheffield Island Lighthouse and its related educational programs. The Sheffield Island Lighthouse, located in Norwalk Harbor, is the last remaining lighthouse in the area and has been in continuous operation since 1868.
