Adams State College Museums and Galleries in Alamosa Co, Colorado, occupies the top floor of the Richardson Hall of Science building. It houses two permanent galleries, the Archaeology Gallery and the Colorado Gallery, as well as several changing exhibits. The Archaeology Gallery is a collection of artifacts, including pottery, tools, and jewelry, that depict the Native American cultures of the San Luis Valley. The Colorado Gallery is a visual history of the area, including photographs, documents, and artifacts from the early settlers in the region.
