The Flagler Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in Flagler County, Florida. It was established in 1985 to preserve and share the rich history of the region with the public. The society operates three museums in the area, including the Flagler Beach Historical Museum, the Holden House Museum, and the Florida Agricultural Museum.

The Flagler Beach Historical Museum, located in the former Flagler Beach City Hall building, showcases the history of the town through exhibits and artifacts. The Holden House Museum, located in Bunnell, is a restored 1918 Cracker-style house that offers a glimpse into early 20th century life in Flagler County. The Florida Agricultural Museum, located in Palm Coast, is a living history museum that showcases the history of agriculture in Florida and features exhibits on the state's rural life.

In addition to its museums, the Flagler Historical Society offers educational programs, lectures, and publications to promote an understanding and appreciation of Flagler County's history.
