Hammill House & Office & Carriage Barn is a historic property located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. The property consists of two buildings, the two-story, wood-frame Hammill House and the two-story, wood-frame Office & Carriage Barn. The Hammill House was constructed in 1875, and the Office & Carriage Barn was constructed between 1880 and 1890.

The Hammill House is a two-story, wood-frame dwelling with a hip roof, weatherboard siding, and a double-leaf entry door. The house has two main rooms on the first floor, a large central hall and a smaller side room, and three bedrooms upstairs. There are two exterior chimneys, one on either side of the house. The house has a full-width front porch with a hip roof and wood posts.

The Office & Carriage Barn is a two-story, wood-frame building with a gable roof, weatherboard siding, and an open first floor. It was constructed as a single unit, with the carriage barn on the left side and the office on the right. The building has two large doorways, one on either side, with a small window between them on the second floor. The original purpose of the building was to store carriages and wagons, as well as to serve as a business office.

The Hammill House & Office & Carriage Barn is an excellent example of late 19th-century vernacular architecture and is an important part of the local history. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a contributing structure to the Georgetown County Historic District.
