The Friends of the Joaquin Moraga Adobe (FJMA) is a non-profit organization that works to preserve, protect and restore the Joaquin Moraga Adobe in Orinda, California. The adobe was built in 1841 by Joaquin Moraga, the son of Joaquin Moraga, a soldier of the Mexican Army, and is the oldest surviving adobe structure in Contra Costa County.

The mission of the FJMA is to serve as the steward of the Joaquin Moraga Adobe, to promote its preservation and provide educational programs and activities related to the adobe and its history. The FJMA also works to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the adobe and its place in the history of California and the United States.

The FJMA holds a variety of events to celebrate the adobe and its history throughout the year. These events include lectures, tours, festivals, and other events that bring people together to learn about the adobe and its history. The FJMA also offers educational programs for school-aged children and adults.

The FJMA also works closely with the City of Orinda, the Orinda Historical Society, the California State Historical Resources Commission, and other local organizations to help preserve and protect the adobe.
