The building features a painted brick exterior, a hipped, gabled, and mansard roof, two-over-two windows with arched upper transoms, a tower with corner doric pilasters, dormers with clock faces, and a mansard roof, bracketed cornices, a two-story front porch with rectilinear stone columns, stone balustrades, and a cornice with modillions and dentils, and quoins and brick piers at the corners of the building. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Today, the building remains in use as a courthouse.
