The 94th Infantry Division Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history of the 94th Infantry Division of the United States Army. The 94th Infantry Division was activated in October of 1942 and served in the European Theater during World War II. The organization is based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the 94th Infantry Division and its members.

The 94th Infantry Division Historical Society was established in 1994 and is supported by a dedicated group of veterans, family members, and friends of the 94th. The organization is responsible for collecting and preserving the history of the 94th Infantry Division, its members, and the various campaigns and battles in which the 94th participated during World War II.
