The Tesla Science Foundation is a nonprofit organization located in Malvern, Pennsylvania. It was founded in 2010 to honor the legacy of Nikola Tesla, the pioneering scientist, engineer, and inventor. The foundation’s mission is to educate the public about Tesla’s incredible achievements and the potential of his inventions. To that end, the foundation provides educational resources, public programs, and sponsors various events throughout the year to promote the study of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
The foundation is also dedicated to preserving Tesla’s legacy through the preservation and restoration of his works, including the Tesla Wardenclyffe laboratory in Shoreham, New York. This laboratory was Tesla’s most ambitious project, and it is currently in the process of being restored to its former glory. The Tesla Science Foundation is actively involved in this effort, providing funds and guidance to ensure the project’s success.
The foundation also supports a variety of other projects, including the development of a Tesla museum, the establishment of an educational center, and the implementation of renewable energy projects. Additionally, the foundation has been involved in the development of a documentary about Tesla’s life and works. The documentary, titled “Tesla: Master of Lightning,” is set to be released in 2019.
The Tesla Science Foundation is committed to making science fun and accessible for everyone. Through its educational outreach and other projects, the foundation is helping to ensure that the legacy of Nikola Tesla lives on.
