Conn Ford Bridge deck pour near Roseburg on March 18, 2024 Workers for prime contractor Farline Bridge Inc. can be seen pouring concrete onto the deck of the new Conn Ford Bridge, which spans the South Umpqua River west of Roseburg, on March 18, 2024. The Oregon Department of Transportation is working with Douglas County to replace the bridge, which connects the Melrose area with Roseburg. Construction began in the spring of 2022 and the project is scheduled for completion in summer 2024.
