The Copley Township Historical Society, located in Copley, Ohio, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the history of Copley Township and the surrounding area. Founded in 1976, the Society is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and interpreting the history of the region for the benefit of current and future generations.

The Society's collection includes artifacts, photographs, maps, books, and other items related to the history of Copley Township, including items from its early settlers, the immigrant families of the 19th century, and from later generations. The Society also holds numerous special events throughout the year, including educational programs, lectures, and field trips.

The Society operates a museum which is open to the public on the first Saturday of each month from noon to 4 PM. The museum offers exhibits highlighting the history of Copley Township and the surrounding area, as well as a research library which is open by appointment.

The Society is a member of the Ohio History Connection and the Summit County Historical Society. It is also an affiliate of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the American Association for State and Local History. The Society is funded through memberships, grants, and donations.
