The Sonoma League for Historic Preservation (SLHP) is a non-profit organization located in Sonoma, California, dedicated to the preservation of the historic and cultural heritage of the region. It was founded in 1967 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to protect the unique character of the area by preserving its historic structures and sites. SLHP works to promote the preservation of historic buildings, sites, and districts throughout Sonoma County, and to make the community aware of the importance of preserving the area’s rich cultural heritage.
