Sleepy Hollow Cemetery Historic Fund Inc is a non-profit organization located in Sleepy Hollow, NY that was established in 1969 to preserve, protect, and promote the history and tradition of Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. The cemetery is the final resting place of many famous people, including Washington Irving, author of the classic tale of the Headless Horseman; Elizabeth Arden, founder of the world-renowned cosmetics company; and Andrew Carnegie, one of the world's wealthiest industrialists.

Sleepy Hollow Cemetery Historic Fund Inc is responsible for maintaining the grounds and promoting educational programs to the community. The Fund works to preserve the cemetery's historic monuments, sculptures, and mausoleums while also preserving the cemetery's rich history. They host several events throughout the year to bring the community together, including guided tours, lectures, and special events.
