Grant Cottage is a historic site located in the town of Wilton, New York. It is the final home of the 18th President of the United States, Ulysses S. Grant, who lived there during the final weeks of his life. The cottage is situated on the summit of Mount McGregor, overlooking the Hudson Valley and the Adirondack Mountains.

The cottage was originally built in the 1870s as a vacation home for a wealthy New York City businessman. Grant first visited the cottage in 1885 and returned several times over the next few years. In 1885, he was diagnosed with throat cancer and spent the final weeks of his life at the cottage, completing his memoirs before passing away on July 23, 1885.

Today, Grant Cottage is a museum and historic site that offers tours and exhibits about Grant's life and legacy. Visitors can tour the cottage and learn about the history of the property, as well as view artifacts related to Grant's life and presidency.
