Piscataqua Maritime Commission Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Established in 1983, the Commission is the official regional maritime heritage organization of the Seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine. The mission of the Commission is to preserve and promote the maritime history, culture and economy of the region.

The Commission works to preserve and document the maritime heritage of the region through a variety of programs and projects. These include educational programs, maritime heritage research, and community outreach. The Commission also works with a variety of partners to promote the region’s maritime heritage.
