The Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture Arboretum in Curtis, NE, is a unique and educational outdoor experience. The Arboretum consists of nearly 12 acres, with a 2.5 acre lake, numerous trees and shrubs, wildflowers, and natural grasslands. It is the perfect place to explore and learn about the area’s ecology, plants and trees, and wildlife.

The Arboretum was established in 1998 and is run by the faculty and staff of the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture. It is a great place to explore and observe the natural world, or just relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The Arboretum includes a variety of plants, trees, and grasses, as well as a meandering stream, which provides a habitat for many species of wildlife.

The Arboretum is open to the public and offers a variety of educational and recreational activities. Visitors can take guided tours, attend educational workshops and lectures, join in nature-based activities such as bird watching and butterfly counting, or simply enjoy the beauty of nature. Visitors can also take in the sights and sounds of the Arboretum’s landscaped gardens, ponds, and meadows.
