The Howe-Waffle House and Carriage House in Santa Ana, California are two of the oldest and most historic buildings in the city. Built in 1887, the structures were a part of a larger complex of homes and businesses owned by early settler, Augustus Howe.

The Howe-Waffle House is a two-story, Victorian-style residence with a wrap-around porch and ornate millwork trim. The home is painted a light green and has a red roof. The home has been lovingly preserved and still contains original furniture, fixtures, and artifacts.

The Carriage House is a one-story, wood-frame building with a hip roof. It was originally built to house the Howe's horse and buggy, but now serves as a storage facility. Its interior is filled with antique furniture, carriages, and horse tack.

Both the Howe-Waffle House and the Carriage House are listed on the Santa Ana Historical Register and are open for tours by appointment. They are a reminder of Santa Ana's rich history and serve as a reminder of the city's past.
