The River Raisin Centre for the Arts (RRCA), located in Monroe, Michigan, is a vibrant cultural center that provides the community with an array of educational, artistic, and entertainment experiences. Founded in 2009, the RRCA is housed in the historic Tappan-Spangler-Baldwin building, a former manufacturing facility that was once the center of Monroe’s industrial past.
