The Plimoth Grist Mill in Plymouth, Massachusetts is a historic grist mill located on the Town Brook in the historic Plymouth Colony. Built circa 1636, the mill is the oldest surviving grist mill in the United States and a National Historic Landmark. The mill is owned and operated by the Plimoth Plantation, a living history museum dedicated to telling the story of the early English settlers of Plymouth.

The mill was originally built by the Pilgrim colonists, most likely by Myles Standish and William Bradford, as an essential source of sustenance for the struggling colony. The mill was originally powered by an undershot water wheel, however this was replaced in the late 19th century by a more modern turbine-style water wheel.

Today, the mill is open to the public, where visitors can watch millers grind whole grain corn into fresh stone-ground corn meal, just as the Pilgrims did centuries ago. The mill is operated by the Plimoth Plantation and is part of their living history museum. Visitors to the mill can learn about the history of the mill and the importance of grain to the Pilgrim settlers. The mill is also a popular spot for visitors to pick up some fresh ground corn meal, as well as other products such as flour, beads, and souvenirs.
