Berkshire Carousel Inc is a non-profit organization located in Dalton, Massachusetts. The organization was founded in 2013 with the aim of restoring and preserving the historic carousel located in the town. The carousel was built in 1928 by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and has been a popular attraction for residents and visitors alike for many years.

The carousel is made up of 48 hand-carved wooden horses, a lion, a tiger, a deer, and a chariot. The horses are beautifully painted in bright colors and are mounted on a rotating platform. The carousel also features an authentic Wurlitzer band organ that plays a variety of classic tunes.

Berkshire Carousel Inc has been working tirelessly to restore the carousel to its former glory. They have undertaken a complete restoration of the horses, replacing broken and missing parts and repainting them to their original colors. The organization has also restored the band organ and has installed new lighting and sound systems to enhance the overall experience.

The carousel is now open to the public and is available for private events such as birthday parties and weddings. Berkshire Carousel Inc is run entirely by volunteers who are passionate about preserving this historic attraction for future generations to enjoy.
