Pilgrim Hall Museum, located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, is a nationally renowned museum that preserves and interprets the history of the Pilgrims, Plymouth Colony, and Mayflower Compact. It is the oldest public museum in the United States, having opened in 1824. The museum houses the largest collection of Pilgrim possessions in the world, including the original 1620 Pilgrim coat and the cradle of Pilgrim leader William Brewster.

The museum consists of three floors of exhibits, which tell the story of the Pilgrims and the events leading up to the establishment of the Plymouth Colony. These exhibits include artifacts, documents, photographs, paintings, and interactive displays. The museum also features a collection of Mayflower-related items, including a replica of the Mayflower, a model of Plymouth in 1620, and a full-scale model of the Plymouth Common.

Pilgrim Hall Museum also offers educational programs, events, and tours. Visitors can explore the museum’s many exhibits and take part in interactive activities such as a scavenger hunt, a colonial dress-up station, a craft center, and a hands-on archaeological dig. The museum also offers special programs for school groups, families, and adults.
