Vikingsholm, Emerald Bay State Park is located in Tahoma, California and is considered one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is also the home to the historic Vikingsholm Castle, a unique and magnificent example of Scandinavian architecture.

Erigeron petrophilus - cliff fleabane Cliff fleabane on granite outcrops in the vicinity of the Donner Summit bridge along the old Donner Pass road, Sierra Nevada, Nevada County, California (close to the Placer County line). An abundance on rocky outcrops, conspicuously hairy foliage, and discoid heads suggest Erigeron petrophilus. Eglandular leaves suggest var. viscidulus.
