The project is being funded by private donations, grants from the Nantucket Historical Association and the Nantucket Preservation Trust, and a loan from the Nantucket Bank. The project is designed to revitalize a historic part of the island and create a vibrant commercial hub that will be enjoyed by both locals and visitors.
