Lake Katherine Nature Center is a 85-acre nature preserve located in Palos Heights, Illinois. The center is named after the lake that occupies a major portion of the property. The center was established in 1992 with the aim of preserving the natural ecosystem of the region and educating the public about the importance of conservation.
