The Kishwaukee Valley Heritage Society (KVHS) is a non-profit organization located in Genoa, Illinois. Founded in 1979, KVHS works to preserve and promote the history of the Kishwaukee Valley region. The society seeks to promote the appreciation of local history and culture by collecting, displaying, and preserving artifacts, documents, photographs, and other items related to the region’s history.
