The Ottawa Canal Association (OCA) is a non-profit organization located in Ottawa, Illinois. Founded in 1981, the OCA is dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of the historic Illinois and Michigan Canal. The organization’s mission is to preserve, promote and enhance the natural, cultural and recreational resources of the Canal for the public’s enjoyment.
