Watch that first step This crossing cart (?) is spanning Copperas Creek next to Dyke Rd in the wildlife area outside Banner, Illinois. I wasn't even real comfortable walking up the stairs to the thing. Even if the cables and pulleys held, I wasn't too sure about the plywood bottom of the carriage. I'm thinking this isn't meant for human transport.
