The Dillon Home Museum is a historic house museum located in Sterling, Illinois. It was built in 1854 by Robert M. Dillon, a prominent local businessman, and is the oldest brick house in the city. The museum is run by the Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The museum is a two-story brick house with a front gabled roof and Greek Revival styling. It contains 12 rooms, including four bedrooms, a kitchen, two parlors, a library, and a dining room. The house has been restored to its original condition, including furniture and artifacts from the Dillon family.
