The Ellaville Schley County Historical Society Inc. (ESCHS) is an organization dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Ellaville and Schley County, Georgia. Founded in 1987, ESCHS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.
The Society's mission is to collect, preserve, and share the history of Ellaville and Schley County through educational programs, community events, and research. The Society is also committed to protecting and preserving the area's historic sites and structures, as well as its natural resources.
