The Uptown Perry Partnership Inc. (UPP) is a non-profit organization located in Perry, Georgia. Founded in 1999, UPP is dedicated to revitalizing the downtown area of Perry and promoting economic development. Through the organization of community events, the promotion of local businesses, and the development of new programs and initiatives, UPP works to create a vibrant and welcoming downtown area for Perry residents and visitors.

As part of its mission, UPP has organized events such as the annual Perry Christmas Parade, the Perry Summer Concert Series, and the Perry Food Truck Festival.
