The Union County Historical Society (UCHS) in Lake Butler, Florida is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of Union County and its surrounding areas. Established in 1975, the UCHS preserves and shares the county’s unique history through its museum, library, archives, and educational programming.

The museum, located in the heart of downtown Lake Butler, houses a variety of artifacts, photographs, and documents from Union County’s past.
