The Sarasota Model Railroad Club Inc. in Tallahassee, Florida is a non-profit organization devoted to the preservation and promotion of model railroading. Established in 1989, the club was founded to provide a place for model railroaders to get together to exchange ideas, build and operate model trains, and enjoy the hobby of model railroading. The club offers a wide range of activities for model railroaders of all ages and abilities, from operating exhibitions and hosting public open house events, to participating in contests and other special events.

The club is located in the Tallahassee Mall, which provides a great setting for the club to showcase their model railroad layouts and host their events. The club has a total of four layouts, including a HO Scale layout, a N Scale layout, an O Scale Garden Railroad layout, and a G Scale Garden Railroad layout. The HO Scale layout is the largest, measuring over 1000 square feet and featuring a variety of different scenes and layouts. The N Scale layout is smaller, measuring around 250 square feet and is designed to be portable and easily set up. The O and G Scale Garden Railroad layouts are both located in the Mall's garden area, providing a great backdrop for the trains.

The club also offers a variety of educational programs, such as classes and seminars aimed at teaching model railroaders of all skill levels the basics of model railroading. The club also offers a youth program, which provides a great opportunity for younger model railroaders to learn the basics of model railroading and gain hands-on experience. The club also hosts a number of special events each year, such as train shows, contests, and other special events.
