The Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Tempe, Arizona is the only museum in the world dedicated exclusively to music instruments and music history. It is home to over 15,000 instruments from around the world, representing over 200 countries and territories. Visitors can explore five distinct galleries, including the Artist Gallery which features instruments played by some of the world’s greatest musicians.

The MIM also includes a lush, 2.5-acre outdoor landscape and an interactive Experience Gallery, where visitors can learn how to play a variety of instruments. The museum's theatre hosts a variety of performances and educational programs, including concerts and lectures. The museum offers a variety of educational workshops and classes for all ages and skill levels.

The MIM also has a café and gift shop, where visitors can purchase souvenirs, music books and CDs, as well as traditional instruments from around the world. The museum is located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona and is open seven days a week. It is a great place to explore, learn and celebrate the world’s musical heritage.
