The St. Joseph Historical Society Inc. (SJHS) is a non-profit organization located in Port St. Joe, Florida. The organization was founded in 1971 and is dedicated to preserving the rich history of Port St. Joe and its surrounding areas. SJHS works to educate the community by collecting, preserving, and sharing the stories of the area’s past. The organization is also committed to protecting and promoting the area’s historical sites, many of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
