The Mystic Aquarium & Institute for Exploration, located in Mystic, Connecticut, is an accredited aquarium and research facility dedicated to inspiring people to care for and protect our ocean planet. The Aquarium is home to thousands of animals, including beluga whales, African penguins, sea lions, seals, and jellyfish.

The Aquarium also houses the Institute for Exploration, which provides visitors with the opportunity to explore the deep ocean and learn about the mysteries of the sea.
