Jemison Carnegie Heritage Hall is located in the city of Talladega, Alabama, and is a historic building that was built at the turn of the 20th century. The building was constructed in 1902, and was built as a memorial to the city’s first mayor, William Jemison. It was designed by architect E.A. Johnson and is one of only two buildings in the state of Alabama that is designated as a Carnegie Library, the other being the Mobile Public Library.

The two-story building is constructed of red brick and features a portico with three arches and a hipped roof with a central cupola. The building features elements of the Classical Revival architectural style, including a pedimented entry portico with Doric columns and a central cupola. Inside, the building has a two-story reading room with a balcony, several classrooms, and a large assembly room.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and today is operated by the Talladega County Historical Society. The building houses a museum of local artifacts, and is also used for community events such as concerts, plays, and other programs. The building also functions as a public library, and visitors are invited to explore the unique collection of books and archives.
