The Santa Ynez Valley Natural History Society (SYVNHS) is a non-profit organization located in Los Olivos, California. Founded in 1994, the SYVNHS is dedicated to educating the public on the natural history of the Santa Ynez Valley and promoting conservation efforts in the region.

Fine Wine Chas Cannibalique grows Sang Saturé wine grapes. His yield is very limited which always guarantees a good price. When the vines start developing, they hang through the lattice work and that's when Chas invites the neighboring town over for a BBQ. He gets about 350 people attending.
