The Mellen Area Historical Society (MAHS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history and preserving the heritage of the Mellen area in Wisconsin. Founded in 1975, the MAHS is housed in the historic two-story Mellen Bank building and is open to the public. The MAHS offers a variety of educational programs, exhibits, tours, and other activities related to the area's history.
The MAHS works to document and preserve the past by collecting and preserving artifacts, photographs, and documents of local history, and making them available to the public.
